ATLAS is currently providing Program Management, Financial Control, Acquisition and Administration support to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) program office. We provide oversight, monitoring development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government system requirements and strategic objectives. Our goal is to develop a stellar team performing program support to include: budget analysis, assessing program impacts, schedule analysis, risk assessments, planning, action item tracking/closure, administration and acquisition support.

Program Management
- Oversight, monitoring development and integration activities, ensuring alignment with Government system requirements and strategic objectives.
- Support to meetings, perform schedule and technical assessments, policy support, action item closure and/or customer outreach
- Stakeholder Management and Outreach -Interfacing with government and contractor points of contact in formal and informal settings
- Support high-performing subject matter experts (SMEs) responsible for planning, development and execution of new acquisitions, developing and executing ECPs, monitoring contract execution and providing technical analysis
- Representing the Program Office in customer acquisition discussions related to current and future contracts
- Ensure that specifications and statements of work are prepared in a manner which adequately describes the Government's requirements without restricting competition.
- Providing expertise and assistance to the Government Program Manager in the execution of multiple advanced technology development programs
- Managing and prioritizing SETA team support activities to ensure efficient operations and that all products are at the utmost quality and completed on schedule
- Review program status reports, technical reviews, technical and programmatic responses, and associated documentation to assist the PM/COTR in responding to internal and external actions, reporting, and requests for informative documentation
Financial Control
- Cost Assessment: Provide technical and cost assessment of budgets, proposals and projects.
- Developing strategy for external funding opportunities and ensuring a plan for funding allocation meets commitments
- Maintains a productive relationship with business area and associated personnel
- Planning/Budget Support and advising COTRs with budget projections
- Direct interactions with the industry developers on funding/MIPR status, risks and issues, schedule etc.
Administration Support
- Administration: Provide front-office support to leadership, tracking of actions and management of office information.
- Assisting and managing quality control of documentation
- Manages multiple projects and priorities; initiates follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments
- Capable of coordinating and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
- Conduct security support across Special Access Programs (SAPs), Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI),
- Coordinate personnel clearances, reporting requirements, visit coordination, SCI and SAP nomination status
- Maintain relationships with FSO/CPSO and SSO
Acquisition Support
- Provide support to the Program Office in acquisition and execution of mission critical systems.
- Review Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs) for compliance, execution, and program status
- Coordinating acquisitions and acquisition documents across the Program Office
- Providing expertise and support administering and managing contracts
- Develop procurement packages resulting from Broad Agency Announcements and other vendor solicitations including Statements of Work, Technical Evaluations, Independent Cost Estimates, Contract Data Requirements Lists, etc.
